1 – Valley Meat Co. prime rib
Rub prime rib with favorite salt mixture. Place prime rib in oven at 500 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn down heat to 300 and cook for 2.5 hours. Remove prime rib from oven and let sit on counter uncovered for 10-20 minutes before serving. This will allow all the juices to incorporate back into the meat.
